It is better to speak out in english rather than just reading. When you try to speak, you need to use your brain to have a recent response.

I thought u can listen to English Song!!!
Cuz i am used to do it.
Then my speaking was the greatest part of ENGLISH~
Maybe someone may said that read more newspaper can improve ur English.
But actually,i thought that the efficiency is different in different person = =
It was quite boring if u have to check the dictionary frequently in reading one sentence.
